We're hiring a Social Media Manager who understands modern internet culture, viral content, AI tools, and platform growth. This is not a traditional corporate social role — we work on fast-moving, trendy, high-performance content across multiple platforms.
What you'll own
Run accounts across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Research trends, hooks, and viral formats — and turn them into content that actually performs
Use modern AI workflows (image gen, video gen, prompting, editing) to ship realistic, high-quality creative
Schedule and manage multiple accounts using standard social tooling
Support Meta Ads basics alongside organic distribution
What we expect
Real experience managing social media accounts (not a fresher role)
Strong understanding of major social platforms and how each one rewards content differently
Familiarity with social media management / scheduling tools
Hands-on with AI image and video generation tools, prompting, and AI-assisted editing
Experience creating high-quality AI-generated videos using tools like Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, and similar platforms
Solid grasp of content research, audience psychology, and content marketing
Basic Meta Ads knowledge
Strong English and communication skills
Deep awareness of current internet vibe — trends, memes, hooks, what performs today
Compensation
